循证护理和整体护理在手术室护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing and Holistic Nursing in the Nursing of Operation Room

目的分析循证护理和整体护理在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法入选此次研究中的80例手术患者均选自我院2016年4月—2017年7月,经随机数字表方法,将80例患者平均划分为观察和对照两组,每组40例。将基础护理应用于对照组,将循证护理和整体护理应用于观察组,比较其应用效果。结果观察组患者护理满意度为97.5%,对照组患者护理满意度为82.5%,观察组住院用时少于对照组,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术患者采用循证护理和整体护理模式应用效果良好。

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing and holistic nursing in the nursing of operation room.Methods 80 patients enrolled in the study were selected from the hospital from April 2016 to July 2017 with a random digital table.The average of 80 patients was divided into two groups of observation and control,with 40 cases in each group.The basic nursing was applied to the control group.The application of evidencebased nursing and holistic nursing was applied to the observation group and its application effect was compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.5%,while that of the control group was 82.5%.The observation group was less hospitalized than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing and holistic nursing in patients with operation is good.
