人工流产术后开展延伸护理对重复人工流产的影响

The Impact of Extended Nursing Care in the Repeated Induced Abortion

目的探究实施人工流产术后开展延伸护理对重复流产影响。方法选取本院2016年7月—2017年10月我院收入2 000例行人工流产术患者作为本次观察对象。按照临床护理模式不同,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各1 000例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,实施延伸护理,比较两组术后避孕知识掌握情况以及避孕方式比较。结果观察组患者术后1个月、术后3个月、术后6个月避孕知识掌握情况均优于对照组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组使用避孕套、避孕药人数多于对照组,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中使用体外射精、安全期、其他方式的人数多于对照组,两组各数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对人工流产手术后患者实施有效护理干预,能够提高患者人流知识知晓率,降低临床上人工流产重复率,为女性生殖健康起着重要临床意义。

Objective To discuss the impact of extended nursing care in the repeated induced abortion.Methods 2 000 patients of taking the induced abortion from July 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were classified into two groups according to the clinical nursing modes,1 000 cases in each group.The control group received the conventional nursing care;on the basis of the former,the observation group received the extended nursing care.The mastery degree of contraceptive knowledge and contraception methods were probed.Results The knowledge of contraception in the observation group 1 month,3 months after operation and 6 months after operation were all better than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of condoms and contraceptives in the observation group was more than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of ejaculation,safety and other ways in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The extended nursing care can improve the awareness rate of induced abortion knowledge,reduce the repeated induced abortion rate and ensure the female reproductive health.
