健康教育在四肢长骨骨折护理中的应用分析

目的探讨健康教育在四肢长骨骨折护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年2月我院收治的88例四肢长骨骨折患者作为研究对象,并采用随机数字表法分组。对照组采用常规护理方案,观察组在对照组基础上,采用健康教育。比较两组四肢长骨骨折护理满意度;术后观察时间、四肢长骨骨折知识认知、手术治疗和康复锻炼依从性;干预前后患者焦虑自评量表评分、VAS评分。结果观察组四肢长骨骨折护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组术后观察时间、四肢长骨骨折知识认知、手术治疗和康复锻炼依从性优于对照组,P<0.05;干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表评分、VAS评分优于对照组,P<0.05。结论健康教育在四肢长骨骨折护理质量中的作用确切,可提升患者对四肢长骨骨折认知和手术、康复锻炼配合度,缩短住院时间,缓解焦虑情绪,提高满意度。

Objective To explore the application of health education in the nursing of long bone fracture of extremities.Methods From January 2016 to February 2017,88 cases of long bone fracture of extremities treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Random number table method was used to group.In the control group,the routine nursing plan was adopted.On the basis of the control group,the observation group adopted health education.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups of long bone fractures was compared.The postoperative observation time,knowledge cognition of long bone fracture of limbs,surgical treatment and rehabilitation exercise compliance;the patient's anxiety self-rating scale and VAS score before and after the intervention.Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The observation time of observation group,knowledge cognition of long bone fracture,surgical treatment and rehabilitation exercise compliance were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and VAS score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Health education plays an important role in the nursing quality of limbs long bone fracture.It can improve the patients'cognition and operation,rehabilitation exercise coordination,shorten the length of stay,relieve anxiety and improve satisfaction.
