综合护理干预对神经外科高血压脑出血手术患者的护理效果

Nursing Care for Patients With Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Undergoing Neurosurgery

目的分析综合护理干预对神经外科高血压脑出血手术患者的护理效果。方法选取2016年11月—2017年11月我院接收的神经外科高血压脑出血手术患者136例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和护理组,每组各68例。对照组给予常规护理,护理组在常规护理基础上,给予综合护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果护理组的治疗有效率为97.1%,对照组为76.5%,护理组优于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理组患者神经功能缺损以及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经外科高血压脑出血手术患者进行综合护理干预,能够使患者治疗更加有效,改善患者神经功能的缺损,使患者高质量的生活。

Objective To analyze the nursing effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on neurosurgical patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 136 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in department of neurosurgery received by our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the nursing group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care.The nursing group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency was 97.1%in the nursing group and 76.5%in the control group,which was significantly better in the nursing group than in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Neurological impairment and quality of life scores of patients in the nursing group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for neurosurgery patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can make the treatment of patients more effective,improve the defect of neurological function and make the patients enjoy high quality of life.
