基于形式图式的大学英语阅读教学方法优化研究

An Optimization Study of Teaching Methods of College English Reading based on Formal Schemata

问卷调查与访谈显示大学生的英语阅读困难较集中在语篇方面,而不是词汇语法方面。由于缺乏对衔接连贯、语篇类型、语篇体裁的了解,学生难以辨析语篇言外之意、理解语篇单元之间的逻辑联系,掌握语篇的主题思想。通过对阅读过程和图式理论的梳理,笔者发现形式图式有助学生理解语篇主题、语篇关系和语篇结构,因此提出了基于形式图式的大学英语阅读教学方法优化策略。

A survey shows that college students'difficulty in reading English is more related to the text than to vocabulary and grammar.Due to lack of understanding of cohesion,text type and genre,students have difficulty in analyzing the meaning of discourse,understanding the logical relation between text units,and grasping the theme of discourse.Through reading and schema theory,the author found that the formal schemata helps students understand the relationship between text theme,logic and structure,thus put forward the optimization strategies for college English reading teaching method based on formal schemata.
