摘要
基于计算流体动力学(CFD),采用雷诺应力模型(RSM),开展采出液含砂量对双泵抽吸式两级串联旋流器的速度场、浓度场及分离性能的数值分析。结果表明:一级旋流分离器的分离性能受含砂量影响较小,二级旋流净化器的分离性能受含砂量影响较大。旋流器分离效率随含砂量的增加,呈现先升高后降低的趋势;在含砂量不高于0.010时,随含砂量的增大旋流器分离效率逐渐升高,在含砂量为0.010时,达到最大分离效率99.67%。与实验结果吻合良好,验证数值模拟结果的准确性。
Based on the Reynolds stress model(RSM)of the computational fluid dynamics(CFD),the velocity field,concentration field and separation efficiency of the hydrocyclones in series are studied under different sand content.Results shows that first stage hydrocyclone separation performance is more affected than second stage cyclone.The separation efficiency of hydrocyclone is increased with the increasing of sand content,when the sand contains less than 0.010.The separation efficiency of hydrocyclone reached 99.67%,when sand contains is 0.010.Experiments in the lab show the simulation and the measured results are in good agreement with each other and the simulation is effective.
