中药清脑片治疗脑震荡后头痛的疗效随访

Follow-up of effect of TCM Qingnao tablets in the treatment of headache following brain concussion

目的探讨清脑片对脑震荡后头痛、头晕的疗效。方法选取200例脑震荡患者均为神经外科门诊及住院患者。按照随机设计分为两组。治疗组100例。对照组100例。治疗组:服用清脑片,3片/次,3次/d,10 d为一疗程,连用两个疗程。对照组:服用脑络通颗粒,1袋/次,3次/d,10 d为一疗程。两个疗程间隔3 d。治疗期间禁食辛辣、生冷食物。观察治疗效果。并于3个月后对其中的100例进行了随访。结果治疗2周后,治疗组与对照组症状及消化道改善情况比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);3个月后随访,治疗组与对照组症状及消化道改善情况比较,差异仍均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论清脑片治疗脑震荡后头痛,具有迅速缓解患者的症状,缩短病程,效果显著,胃肠道不良反应较少的优点,减少并发症,远期疗效好。

Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of Qingnao tablet in the treatment of headache after brain concussion.Methods The 300 cases with headache after brain concussion were randomly divided into treatment group(took Qingnao tablet 3 pills pet time,3 times per day)and control group(took naoluotong pellet one bag per time,3 times per day),150 cases in each group.The treatment course of 10 days for both groups,successively for 2 treatment courses with 3-days interval between the two courses.Cold food or spicy food were avoided during the treatment.The results of treatment were observed in 100 patients were followed in 3 months.Results After treatment,there was statistically significant difference in symptoms and improvements of digestive tract in the two groups(P<0.01,P<0.05).There were still significant differences(P<0.01,P<0.05)between the two groups on the follow-up of 3 monthes.Conclusion The Qingnao tablet can relieve symptoms,shorten the length of the disease,it is highly effective and can alleviate the action of abserve reaction of gastrointestinal tract in the treatment of headache after brain concussion.The Qingnao tablet also has the effect of reducing complications with excellent long-term results.
