检测抗风湿类中成药和保健品非法添加化学药物的研究进展

Research advances on analytical technologies of illegally adulterated chemical substances in antirheumatic Chinese patent medicines and health foods

目的了解抗风湿类中成药和保健品中非法添加化学药物检测技术的进展。方法通过查阅相关文献和归纳总结,对近年来检测抗风湿类中成药和保健品中非法添加化学药物技术的文献进行综述。结果抗风湿类中成药和保健品中非法添加的化学药物主要包括糖皮质激素类、非甾体类抗炎药、镇痛药和抗生素类。检测方法包括TLC、HPLC、HPLC-MS/MS和UPLCMS/MS法等。结论抗风湿类中成药和保健品中非法添加化学药物的技术研究取得了一定进展。除了发展检测技术,从多方面加强监管也非常重要。

To know about the advances on analytical technologies of illegally adulterated chemical substances in antirheumatic Chinese patent medicines and health foods.Researches on analytical technologies of illegally adulterated chemical substances in antirheumatic Chinese patent medicines and health foods were reviewed and analyzed.The results indicated that the adulterated chemical substances mainly included glucocorticoids,non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs,analgesics and antibiotics.The analytical methods involved thin layer chromatography,high-performance liquid chromatography,high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,and ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Much progress has been made in analytical technologies of illegally adulterated chemical substances in antirheumatic Chinese patent medicines and health foods.In addition to the development of analytical technologies,it is also very important to strengthen the supervisions of illegally adulterated chemical substances.
