气相色谱-质谱法测定染整助剂中19种有害有机溶剂

Determination of 19 Organic Solvent Residues in Dyeing and Finishing Auxiliaries by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

建立了同时测定染整助剂中19种有害有机溶剂残留量的气相色谱-质谱方法。以甲醇为萃取溶剂,样品经常温超声萃取后,萃取液直接进气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行定性定量分析。19种有机溶剂在0.5~50.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数不小于0.999,检出限为0.03~0.10 mg/kg,加标回收率为94.3%~101.3%,相对标准偏差均小于8.7%(n=10),符合残留分析的技术指标要求。该方法准确、稳定,可测定染整助剂中有害有机溶剂的残留量。

A method for the determination of nineteen organic solvent residues in dyeing and finishing auxiliaries by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was developed.Sample was acidified with formic acid,and then esterified with ethanol.After extraction with hexane,the qualitative and quantitative analyses were performed by the optimized GC-MS.The limits of detection for nineteen organic solvent residues were between 0.03 mg/kg and 0.1 mg/kg.The calibration curves for nineteen organic solvent residues showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0.5-50 mg/L with their correlation coefficients not less than 0.999.The average recoveries of the analytes in different negative samples at different spiked levels ranged from 94.3%to 101.3%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)less than 8.7%.The established method was reliable,accurate and sensitive,and was suitable for the determination of nineteen organic solvent residues in dyeing and finishing auxiliaries.
