整体性视阈下高职院校思政课和学生工作结合的“四融合”机制构建

Construction of the "Four-integration" Mechanism in the Combination of Ideological and Political Education and Student Work in Higher Vocational Colleges from a Holistic Perspective

高校思想政治工作关系着高校培养什么样的人,如何培养人以及为谁培养人这些根本问题,思政课怎么样增强亲和力和针对性,让学生有更多的获得感是当前亟须破解的难题。本文就当前高职院校思政课和学生工作存在"脱节"现象进行分析,通过多年的实践,结合高职院校自身的实际,提出整体性视阈下高职院校思政课和学生工作结合的"四融合"的机制构建,有效地促进二者的结合,激发思政课的活力,提高育人实效。

The ideological and political work in colleges and universities is related to the basic problems of what kind of person to cultivate,how to cultivate people,why we cultivate people.How to enhance the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education so that students have more sense of gaining is an urgent issue at present.This paper analyzes the current phenomenon of the disconnection between ideological and political education and student work in higher vocational colleges.Through years of practice,combined with the actuality of higher vocational colleges,it proposes the construction of the"four-integration"mechanism in the combination of ideological and political education and student work in higher vocational colleges from a holistic perspective,in order to effectively promote the combination,stimulate the vitality of ideological and political courses and improve the effectiveness of educating people.
