安全工程专业大学生创新创业训练实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training for Security Engineering Students

随着社会和国家对安全生产的重视,培养安全工程专业大学生的创新创业能力不仅是对教育部开展"大学生创新创业训练计划"工作的响应,也是适应社会发展的迫切需要。本文从安全工程专业开展本科生创新创业训练的基本情况出发,深入分析了该专业大学生创新创业训练项目在实施过程中存在的问题。依据中国矿业大学(北京)安全工程专业大学生创新创业训练开展的实践,从保证项目选题质量、成果管理精细化、增设心理辅导课程、完善约束及激励机制等角度提出相应改进措施及建议。

As the society and the state pay more attention to safety production,cultivating college students'ability of innovation and entrepreneurship in safety engineering is not only a response to the Ministry of Education's work in carrying out the"Graduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program",but also an urgent need to adapt to social development.Based on the basic situation of graduate innovation and entrepreneurship training conducted by safety engineering specialty,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of graduate innovation and entrepreneurship training program.The paper puts forward corresponding improvement measures and suggestions from the perspectives of ensuring the quality of project selection,improving the management of results,adding psychological counseling courses,improving the restraint and incentive mechanism,According to the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship entrepreneurship training for college students majoring in safety engineering in China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing).
