儿科护理教学中护生人文关怀理念的培养 被引量:1

摘要 随着医疗事业的不断进步与发展,人文关怀教育是当今社会一项高级系统工程,将护生职业道德修养充分发挥出来,将其融入教学中。为了使临床护理和高等护理教育有效衔接,护生向护士角色转变可有效促进护理学科发展。儿科护理教师必须采用各种方式培养护生综合涵养,为现代化优质服务提供高级护理人员,满足儿科护士的要求,适应护理教育的发展趋势,本文就针对儿科护理教学存在的问题,提出有效培养人文关怀理念的措施,以供读者借鉴与参考。 With the continuous progress and development of medical services,humanistic care education is now a high-level systematic project in the society,which fully utilizes professional ethics cultivation of nursing students and integrates it into teaching.In order to effectively link clinical nursing and higher nursing education,the shift of nursing students to nurses can effectively promote the development of the nursing discipline.Pediatric nursing teachers must adopt various methods to cultivate nursing students'comprehensive quality,so as to provide advanced nursing staff for modern high-quality services,meet the requirements of pediatric nurses,and adapt to the development trend of nursing education.In view of the problems existing in pediatric nursing teaching,this paper proposes effective measures to cultivate humanistic care concept,hoping to provide a reference for the readers.
