摘要
本文通过分析五年制高职人才培养状态数据采集的特点和采集过程中容易出现的问题,提出如下改进建议:一是要组建团队,重视团队间的分工合作;二是要加强研究,做好数据填报前期的分析和研究;三是要开展培训,加强对数据填报人员的培训和指导;四是要明确分工,形成层层落实把关的责任制。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the status data collection of five-year higher vocational talent cultivation and the problems that are likely to arise in the process,and proposes the following suggestions for its improvement:First,it is necessary to establish teams and pay attention to the division of labor between teams;second,we should strengthen research and do a good job in the preliminary analysis and research;third,we should carry out training and strengthen the training and guidance for the personnel who fill in the data;fourth,we should clarify the division of labor and form a responsibility system with implementation and supervision at each level.
