VBSE在高职“医药商品销售技巧”实践教学中的应用研究

Research on the Application of VBSE in Practical Teaching of "Pharmaceutical Commodity Sales Skills" in Higher Vocational Education

VBSE是虚拟商业社会环境的简称,也是一个面向大专院校的高仿真综合实践教学平台。本文以广东食品药品职业学院"医药商品销售技巧"课程实践教学环节为研究对象,分析了传统实践教学环节的问题及VBSE平台的创新价值,借助VBSE虚拟商业社会环境实践教学平台,能够将医药企业搬进高校课堂,让学生通过模拟药品销售代表的体验,提高自身的岗位技能与综合素质,使之能够在就业后快速融入到岗位工作中去,提高了课堂实践的教学效果。

VBSE is the abbreviation of virtual business social environment,and it is also a high-simulation comprehensive practical teaching platform for higher vocational colleges.Taking the practical teaching of"Pharmaceutical Commodity Sales Skills"in Guangdong Food and Drug Vocational College as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems of traditional practical teaching and the innovation value of the VBSE platform.Using the VUSE platform,we are able to introduce pharmaceutical companies into college classroom,thus improving students'occupational skills and comprehensive quality by stimulating the experience of drug sales representatives.This can make them quickly integrate into their work and improve the teaching effect of classroom practice.
