县域农村学前教育发展问题研究——以山东省G县为例

Research on Problems in the Development of Rural Preschool Education in Counties: Taking G County,Shandong Province as an Example

本研究采用访谈法和实地观察法,对山东省G县学前教育发展现状进行调研,发现主要存在以下问题:公办园和普惠性民办园占比太少,办学质量不高;师资流动性大,进修培训机会较少;安全意识薄弱,硬件设施较差等。为促进县域农村学前教育健康发展,应加大政府财政投入,切实提升办学质量;提高教师福利待遇,增加培训学习机会;推进幼儿园"安全工程",牢固树立安全意识。

There are many problems in rural preschool education in G County,Shandong Province.The government should find effective strategies to solve those problems,such as increasing finance input,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and improving the monitoring system.
