Research Process on Resistance to Cucumber Mosaic Virus in Pepper

黄瓜花叶病毒病(CMV)是危害辣椒的主要病害之一,严重影响辣椒的品质和产量。本文介绍了黄瓜花叶病毒对辣椒的危害与防治,综述了其抗病种质材料的筛选、抗性遗传规律分析、QTL定位及基因发掘等,并对存在的相关问题进行展望与分析,以期为辣椒抗CMV研究和分子标记辅助育种(MAS)提供一定的理论参考。

Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV)is one of the most important diseases in pepper,and seriously affects pepper′s quality and yield.The damage and control of CMV and pepper CMV were introduced.The selections of disease-resistant germplasm resources,genetic analysis,QTLs and gene discovery were reviewed.In order to provide a theoretical reference for pepper with resistance to CMV research and molecular marker assisted breeding(MAS),the prospects and analysis of the existing problems were also discussed.
