电热板消解-ICP-MS法测定耕地土壤中6种重金属元素 被引量:15

摘要 本文建立了电热板消解-ICP-MS分析方法,可同时测定耕地土壤样品中铅、镉、铬、铜、锌、镍。耕地土壤样品经硝酸-高氯酸-氢氟酸电热板消解,以Rh作为内标元素并采用碰撞反应池技术来消除基体干扰和质谱干扰。通过测定分析土壤成分分析标准物质GSS-14、GSS-20、GSS-25,验证方法准确性。结果表明,3种土壤成分分析标准物质的测定结果均在标准值范围内,RSD均<4.0%。该方法可作为同时检测大批量耕地土壤样品铅、镉、铬、铜、锌、镍的方法。 The analysis method of electric heating board digestion-ICP-MS was established in this paper,which could conduct the simultaneous determination of lead,cadmium,chromium,copper,zinc,nickel in farmland soil.Farmland soil sample was digested by nitric acid,perchloric acid,hydrofluoric acid on electric heating board,using Rh as internal standard element and the collision reaction pool technique to eliminate the matrix interference and mass spectrum interference.The accuracy of this method was verified by determining and analyzing the soil composition analysis reference material GSS-14,GSS-20 and GSS-25.The results showed that the determination results of the soil composition analysis reference materials were within the scope of the standard value,and the RSD was less than 4.0%.This method can be used for determining lead,cadmium,chromium,copper,zinc and nickel in mass farmland soil samples at the same time.
