摘要
食品生物技术是高校食品专业一门重要的专业基础课程,它是现代生物技术在食品领域中的应用,同时也是一门多学科相互渗透的综合性学科。结合食品生物技术的课程属性和笔者的教学实践,分析了课程教学中存在的问题,并对教学内容和教学方法的改革进行探索,以期激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教学质量。
Food biotechnology is an important professional basic course of food major in universities.It is the application of modern biotechnology in the field of food and also a comprehensive discipline with multidisciplinary interpenetrating.Combined with the curriculum attributes of food biotechnology and the author′s teaching practice,the problems in current teaching were analyzed,and the reform of teaching contents and teaching methods were explored,so as to stimulate the students′interest in learning and improve the teaching quality.
