土地资源保护与开发利用空间布局分析——以北京市海淀区为例

Analysis on Spatial Layout of Land Resources Protection and Exploitation and Utilization:Taking Haidian District of Beijing City as an Example

依据土地利用规划相关理论,遵循土地资源保护与开发利用空间布局的原则,综合北京市海淀区的土地自然适宜性和社会经济发展目标,制定出一套较为完善的土地资源保护与开发利用空间布局方案。方案将北京市海淀区土地资源保护与开发利用空间布局划为旱作农田和现代农村整理区、北部新区建设用地整理区、南部城市建设高效利用区、西山生态林地保护区、人工湿地保护区、山前平原城市边缘斑状绿地保护区和山前观光生态果园区七大区域,并对各分区的土地利用情况及利用方向提出建议,以期为北京市海淀区土地资源保护与开发利用提供指导。

Based on the land use planning theory,followed the spatial layout principles of land resource protection and development and utilization,combined with the land natural suitability and social economic development goals of Haidian District in Beijing City,a set of perfect spatial layout scheme for land resource protection and development and utilization was developed in this paper.The plan divided the spatial layout of land resources protection and development and utilization of Haidian District in Beijing City into seven zones as follows:the dry farmland and modern rural land consolidation zone,construction land consolidation zone in northern new district,southern urban construction efficient use zone,xishan ecological forest protected zone,artificial wetland protected zone,piedmont plain urban fringe greenbelt protected zone,piedmont sightseeing ecological park zone.It also put forward some suggestions for the land use situation and utilization direction of each zone in order to provide guidance for the protection and exploitation and utilization of land resources in Haidian District of Beijing City.
