摘要
针对辽宁省康平地区砂石短缺的现状,利用当地的天然碎石土,使用水泥与土壤固化剂对其进行综合稳定,并用级配碎石进行改良,经室内试验与实际工程论证,稳定碎石土可作为当地低等级公路的优良底基层材料。基于康平当地试验路段的实际情况,运用稳定碎石土做底基层材料,通过路面结构的设计与计算,确定在不同交通量、不同土基回弹模量范围时,三级公路沥青路面底基层的适宜厚度,并结合实际工况,给出康平地区碎石土底基层沥青路面的推荐结构。
Aiming at the current situation of gravel shortage in Kangping Region of Liaoning province,the comprehensive stabilization is realized by utilizing local natural gravel soil and using cement and soil stabilizer,and the modification is made by using graded gravel.Through the demonstration of laboratory test and practical engineering,stabilized gravel soil can be used as good subbase course material of local low grade highway.Based on the practical situation at the local test section of Kangping,stabilized gravel soil can be used as the subbase course material.Through the design and calculation of pavement structure,suitable thickness of subbase course of asphalt pavement of tertiary highway is determined within the range of different traffic volume and rebound modulus of soil matrix.In combination with actual working conditions,the recommended structure of asphalt pavement of subbase course of gravel soil in Kangping region is given.
