Structural Analysis and Practice of Temporary Cover System for Construction with Tunnel Cover-excavation Method

在狭窄的城市道路下方快速进行隧道工程施工,为有效保证施工安全及道路畅通,可适宜地采用盖挖法。依托沈阳市某隧道工程,结合路面车辆类型及施工要求,对临时铺盖体系进行创新性分析和研究,在实际工程中成功应用。实践证明,临时栈桥板结构作为铺盖体系在保障城市交通、提高施工进度等方面切实可行,具有良好的经济和社会效益。

In order to perform the construction of tunnel engineering rapidly under urban road and effectively guarantee the construction safety and road smoothness,the cover-excavation method can be adopted properly.Relying on the tunnel engineering in Shenyang city,in combination with the pavement vehicle type and construction requirement,the innovative analysis and research are made for temporary cover system,so as to successfully apply it in actual engineering.The practice proves that,as the cover system,the temporary trestle plate structure is feasible in aspects like guarantee of urban traffic,improvement of construction schedule and so on,with good economic and social benefits.
