新时代中国特色体育外交理论体系的探索

Theoretical System of Sports Diplomacy with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era

体育外交是我国总体外交战略中的重要组成部分。当前我国体育外交虽有着丰富的实践经验,但缺少理论的提炼与构建,缺乏理论探索自觉,没有形成中国特色的体育外交理论体系。面对当前全球不确定性的格局,十九大报告明确提出要推动构建新型国际关系、推动构建人类命运共同体外交战略目标,这就需要我国体育外交在新时代中展示新作为,体现新担当,贡献"中国智慧"。研究以国际关系理论中"中国学派"——"关系理论"作为逻辑视角,以中国传统文化智慧作为构建我国体育外交理论体系的主体,研究认为:(1)将"关系"核心作为体育外交理论体系的本体;(2)将"实践论"作为体育外交理论体系的认识论;(3)将"中庸辩证法"作为体育外交理论体系的方法论,从三个理论维度探索构建中国特色外交理论体系。

Sports diplomacy is an important part of the diplomatic strategy in China.At present,although plenty of practical experience in sports diplomacy has been gained,the lack of theoretical refinement and establishment and the lack of theoretical exploration have led to the lack of systematic sports diplomacy theories with Chinese characteristics.In the face of the uncertain global situation,the Nineteenth Party Congress Report clearly puts forward the construction of a new type of international relations and building of a community of shared future for mankind.This requires that China’s sports diplomacy should undertake new ways and new roles in the new era,contributing the“wisdom of China”.The paper takes the“Chinese School”and“relation theory”in the theory of international relations as a logical perspective and adopts the Chinese traditional cultural wisdom as the main body to construct the theoretical system of sports diplomacy in China on the basis of taking“relation”as the core of the sports diplomacy,“theory on practice”as the ontology,and“mediocre dialectics”as the methodology.
