The ownership of European professional football clubs has a great diversity of forms.Generally,there are three types of legal forms in European professional football:member association,private limited companies and publicly listed corporations.While some clubs remained have registered as member association in Germany and Spain,more than half of the clubs in the first two divisions have already been owned by foreign majority investors in England.Most clubs in Europe have been transformed into corporation.IPOs have been common in European football.Overall,the ownership for professional football is diversified,incorporation-featured,open and international.
