校园环境对在校大学生身体活动参与度的影响研究

Influences of Campus Environment on Physical Activity Participation of College Students

随着科技的飞速发展,加之便利、智慧的高校环境的建设,极大地方便了在校大学生的学习与生活。但是这种便利智能的生活方式导致其参与身体活动不足已成为大学校园里的普遍现象,也成为慢性病的罪魁祸首。采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法、对比分析法对长沙市部分高校在校大学生的身体活动对校园环境的依赖情况进行分析。结果表明:在校普通大学生日均静坐时间较长,超过调查总数1/3的在校普通大学生整体身体活动明显不足,其余的统计中显示每周大中强度的身体活动时间总体偏少,大部分学生身体活动水平明显偏低,增强在校普通大学生中、高强度身体活动势在必行。健康校园环境中家庭与朋友支持和环境因子都是影响在校普通大学生身体活动的潜在因素。

With the rapid development of science and technology,the convenient and smart campus environment,college students can hail the car online,take the elevator upstairs,and buy things online.However,the convenience of life can also bring problems because some of the students choose not to take any physical activity.The study of students in some universities in Changsha showed that they sat still for a long time.Over1/3students did not take enough physical activity while the rest took not enough medium or high intensity physical activity.It was urgent that the medium and high intensity physical activity must be strengthened.More supports should be given from the families and friends.
