摘要
本文回顾了建国以来上海市食品卫生(安全)监管工作的变革情况。从法制建设、体制变迁、监管能力和网络建设、监管机制和食品安全水平等方面叙述了本市食品安全监管工作的历史变化。
This paper reviews the changes of food hygiene(safety)supervision in Shanghai City since the founding of the people’s Republic of China,describing the historical changes of food safety supervision from the aspects of legal system construction,institutional change,supervision ability and network construction,supervision mechanism and food safety level in Shanghai City.
