基于风景区的度假村建设对策研究——以金寨县南河度假村为例

Study of Construction Strategy of Resorts Based on Scenic Spots:Taking Nanhe Resort in Jinzhai County as an Example

度假村是指依托和利用良好的自然景观条件,创造具有人性化特征的休憩环境和服务设施为度假并为度假者提供丰富多彩而独具特色的休闲活动的综合性场所。文章通过现场调研以及实际参与工作实践,对依托天堂寨景区自然优质资源而建的金寨县南河度假村旅游产品规划策略、总体规划策略、建筑设计策略三个角度进行剖析,相应地提出了产品支撑、统筹规划、生态设计的对策,并结合建成后效果分析,希望为该类地区的度假村建设提供一定的理论依据和实际参考。

Resort is a complex which relies on the good natural landscape conditions to create relaxing vacation environment and service facilities with humanistic characteristics and affords colorful and specific leisure activities for vacationists.Based on the field investigation and the working practice,the construction strategies of Nanhe resort in Jinzhai County which relies on the natural resources of Tiantangzhai scenic spot are analyzed in view of the tourism product planning,overall planning and architectural design.The corresponding countermeasures on the products support,integrated planning and ecological design are put forward and the effect analysis is conducted,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the resort construction in similar areas.
