109份黄瓜种质资源主要农艺性状分析

Analysis on main agronomic characters of 109 cucumber germplasm resources

为了解黄瓜种质资源主要农艺性状间的相互关系,以109份黄瓜种质资源为试验材料,对其21个主要农艺性状进行遗传变异、相关性和主成分分析。结果表明:各农艺性状的变异系数介于15%~58%;每个农艺性状和其余农艺性状中至少有1个农艺性状显著或极显著相关;选取特征值大于1的前6个主成分进行分析,发现累计贡献率达75.68%,第1、2主成分可视为商品瓜特征因子,包含单瓜重、瓜把形状、瓜长、瓜把长、瓜把宽、瓜肉厚、瓜瘤大小、瓜皮色等,第3~6主成分可视为植株特征因子,包含节间长、主蔓茎粗、叶形、叶片长、叶片宽、叶柄长等。本研究为黄瓜种质资源的评价和新品种培育提供参考。

In order to study the relationship among agronomic traits of cucumber germplasm resources,109 cucumber germplasm resources were used as experimental materials to study the genetic variation,correlation and principal component analysis of 21 major agronomic traits.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of each agronomic trait ranged from 15%to 58%.At least one agronomic trait per agronomic trait was significantly related to at least one agronomic trait.The first six principal components with eigenvalues greater than 1 were selected,rate of 75.68%,the first main component of the lst and 2nd can be regarded as the melon characteristics of factors,including a single melon weight,melon shape,long melon,thick melon,melon size,melon tumor size,melon color,long melon The main components of 3rd^6th can be considered as plant characteristic factors,including internode length,main stem diameter,leaf shape,leaf length,leaf width and petiole length.Our results provide reference for cucumber germplasm resources phenotypic study.
