数字微笑设计用于前牙美学修复的应用研究

Application of Digital Smile Design in Aesthetic Restoration of Anterior Teeth

目的:探讨数字微笑设计(Digital smile design,DSD)用于前牙美学修复的临床应用效果。方法:将2015年7月-2016年12月在笔者医院就诊的上下颌前牙区需要进行前牙美学修复的64例患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组使用DSD美学修复,对照组使用常规美学修复,修复完成后采用直观模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)分别让两组患者对修复体的形态、色泽、舒适度、边缘密合性进行比较。结果:术后两组美学修复效果比较,实验组的修复体形态、色泽评分明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组舒适度和边缘密合性的评分无统计学差异。结论:DSD可以加强医患之间的沟通,在前牙美学修复的应用中可达到满意的临床效果,为临床美学修复的实施提供有力的条件和途径。

Objective To investigate DSD in the anterior aesthetic restoration.Methods To compare the contour,color,degree of comfort and Marginal fitness of the 32 cases in DSD and 32 in routine aesthetic restoration in VAS from July of 2015 to December of 2016 in our hospital.Results The scores of contour,color in the DSD groups were obviously higher than the control groups.The difference was statistically significant.But the scores of degree of comfort and Marginal fitness were not statistically significant in the two groups.Conclusion DSD can strengthen the communication between doctors and patients,and provide a powerful condition and approach for the implementation of aesthetic rehabilitation in clinic.
