自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗刀砍状硬皮病围手术期的护理

The Perioperative Nursing of Autologous Fat Granule Transplantation for the Treatment of En Coup De Sabre

目的:观察自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗刀砍状硬皮病的应用效果,探讨围手术期的护理要点及体会。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年5月就诊的刀砍状硬皮病患者20例,在其萎缩凹陷处行自体脂肪填充,根据患者的临床症状、手术特点等采取相应护理措施。结果:20例患者术后随访8~18个月,填充后皮损部位形态改善良好,病变区皮肤色泽有所改善,均无并发症发生,护理满意度为100%。结论:通过加强围手术期护理可保证手术顺利进行,促进患者术后恢复,提高护理满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of transplantation of autologous fat granules in treatment of en coup de sabre,and discuss the key points of nursing care in perioperative period.Methods 20 cases with en coup de sabre were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017,the autologous fat was filled in the atrophic depression,and the corresponding nursing measures were taken according to the patient's clinical symptoms and the operation characteristics.Results All patients were followed up for 8-18 months,the shape of the skin lesions was improved and the skin color of the lesion was improved,no complications occurred.The patient's nursing satisfaction was 100%.Conclusion Through strengthening perioperative nursing,it can ensure the smooth operation of the operation,promote postoperative recovery and improve nursing satisfaction.
