摘要
目的探讨血清SIRT4水平与肥胖程度及血清IGF-1水平的相关性。方法选择2015年8月-2017年1月我院诊疗的160例肥胖病人为肥胖组,50例同期体检健康者为对照组。对比分析肥胖组与对照组、不同肥胖程度组与对照组间SIRT4、IGF-1和生化指标表达水平,并对血清SIRT4水平与血脂及血清IGF-1水平的相关性进行分析。结果中度肥胖组和重度肥胖组的SIRT4与IGF-1水平均显著低于轻度肥胖组和对照组,重度肥胖组的SIRT4与IGF-1水平显著低于中度肥胖组,轻度肥胖组和对照组的SIRT4与IGF-1水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清SIRT4水平与BMI、腰围、TG、TC、LDLC、FPG、FINS呈显著负相关(P<0.05),而与HDL-C、IGF-1呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论肥胖患者中血清SIRT4水平与肥胖程度呈负相关,与血清IGF-1水平呈正相关,存在线粒体氧化能力的负调节作用。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum level of SIRT4 and the degree of obesity and the level of serum IGF-1.Methods 160 obese patients in our hospital in January2017 August 2015 were selected as the obese group,and 50 cases of the healthy persons in the same period were the control group.The expression levels of SIRT4,IGF-1 and biochemical indicators in obesity group and control group,obesity group and control group were compared and analyzed.The correlation between serum SIRT4 level and serum lipid and serum IGF-1 level was analyzed.Results SIRT4 and IGF-1 levels in moderately obese group and obese group were significantly lower than those in mild obesity group and control group,SIRT4 and IGF-1 level of severe obesity group was significantly lower than that in moderately obese group.The difference between SIRT4 and IGF-1 levels in obese group and control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The level of serum SIRT4 was negatively correlated with BMI,waist circumference,TG,TC,LDL-C,FPG and FINS(P<0.05),but positively correlated with HDL-C and IGF-1(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum SIRT4 level is negatively correlated with obesity in obese patients.It is positively correlated with serum IGF-1 level and negatively regulated by mitochondrial oxidative capacity.
