中、日、印、韩四国科技期刊作者国际化水平分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation of Author Internationalization of Scientific Journals in China,Japan,India and South Korea

[目的/意义]对中、日、印、韩四国科技期刊作者国际化水平进行分析和评价,了解我国科技期刊作者国际化水平。[方法/过程]以符合条件的149种2015版中、日、印、韩四国英文SCI来源期刊为研究对象,运用作者国际化分数(Fraction of Author Internationalization,FAI)和作者国际化指数(Index of Author Internationalization,IAI)来表征期刊作者国际化水平,对中、日、印、韩四国科技期刊FAI和IAI进行比较,从而评价各国期刊作者国际化程度。[结果/结论]日本期刊FAI1、FAI2、IAI1和IAI2均为最高,分别是0.480±0.230、0.579±0.276、0.162±0.084和0.223±0.110;中国期刊FAI1、FAI2和IAI1最低,分别为0.230±0.167、0.382±0.233和0.0837±0.701;印度期刊IAI2(0.135±0.752)最低。结果表明,日本期刊作者国际化程度最高,韩国、印度次之,中国最低。在评价科技期刊作者国际化水平方面,FAI1、FAI2和IAI1和IAI2等4个指标具有高度一致性。

[Purpose/Significance]To understand the author internationalization level of scientific journals in China,this paper analyzes and evaluates the author internationalization level of scientific journals in China,Japan,India and South Korea.[Methods/Process]By selecting 149 kinds of SCI source journals(English edition)in 2015 of the four countries as the research subjects,representing the author internationalization level of journals by Fraction of Author Internationalization(FAI)and Index of Author Internationalization(IAI),we make a series of statistical analysis of the indexes of the author internationalization of 2015 edition in JCR to judge the degree of author internationalization in the four countries.[Results/Conclusion]FAI1、FAI2、IAI1 and IAI2 of Japanese journals are the highest,0.480±0.230、0.579±0.276、0.162±0.084 and 0.223±0.110 respectively.FAI1、FAI2 and IAI1 of Chinese journals are the lowest,0.230±0.167、0.382±0.233 and 0.0837±0.701 respectively.IAI2 of Indian journals are the lowest(0.135±0.752).The results show that FAI1,FAI2 and IAI1 of Japanese journals are the highest in four countries,followed by South Korea,then by India,and China ranks the lowest.There is a high statistical correlation between the 4 indicators of the author internationalization.
