涉华舆情研究述评——对2008-2017年间国内文献的分析与反思

Review on Domestic Research on China-related Public Opinions——An Analysis of Domestic Papers Published in 2008-2017

[目的/意义]进行涉华舆情研究有利于探析他国眼中的中国形象,进而有针对性地开展外宣工作。对国内相关研究进行细致梳理,能找出现今不足,为未来研究提供参考,最终助力国家对外传播工作的顺利开展。[方法/过程]使用中国知网"中国期刊全文数据库",以"涉华舆情""涉华舆论"或"涉华报道"为主题,检索2008年至2017年间发表的文献;在系统检索结果的基础上,经过人工筛选获得有效样本;从宏观层面系统梳理涉华舆情研究概况,微观层面按理论、实证及综述等不同研究性质分类介绍国内研究现状;指出现有研究存在的不足并构建系统的涉华舆情研究框架。[结果/结论]通过文献梳理与解读,发现理论研究亟待加强,舆情对象和信息源有待扩展,研究内容有待深化。

[Purpose/Significance]Conducting research on China-related public opinions is conducive to perceiving China's image in other country's view and providing guidance for China's publicity work.A detailed review of domestic research on China-related public opinions is helpful to identify the research gap and provide reference for future research,ultimately facilitating national publicity work.[Method/Process]Using"China-related public opinions"and"reports on China"as the theme,we searched for related papers published in 2008-2017 and obtained valid relevant papers after artificial screening.Then we systematically analyzed the relevant papers at the macro level,and introduced representative domestic studies of the three different categories at the micro level,including theoretical research,empirical research and research on literature review.Finally we pointed out the shortcomings of existing studies and designed a systematic framework for conducting research on China-related public opinions.[Result/Conclusion]Based on the analysis of the papers collected,the following conclusions were made:theoretical research needs to be strengthened;channels for extracting China-related public opinions need to be extended;research depth needs to be deepened.
