[目的/意义]科研合作中的协同信息行为具有复杂性和多元主体参与特性,研究科研合作协同信息行为的行为规范与控制体系是实现科研协同目标及协同信息行为全面控制的重要基础。[方法/过程]梳理了科研协同信息行为控制目标,提出了科研协同信息行为执行规范的制定标准,并针对行为控制对象和行为控制内容具体构建了科研协同信息行为执行规范。[结果/结论]科研协同信息行为的控制体系可分别从科研协同信息行为的执行进度、沟通与交互层面构建,为科研协同信息行为的有序、有效开展提供保障。

[Purpose/Significance]The collaborative information behavior in scientific cooperation is of complicated and multi-participation of the scientific subjects.The construction of behavior norms and behavior control system is the important basis of achieving scientific collaboration goals as well as overall control of the collaborative information behavior.[Method/Process]This paper describes the targets of scientific collaborative information behavior control,proposes the making standard of behavior norms of scientific collaborative information behavior,and constructs the behavior norms from the control object and control content.[Result/Conclusion]This paper constructs the control system for scientific collaborative information behavior from the aspects of implementation schedule and interaction.It will provide guarantee for the orderly and effectively implementation of scientific collaborative information behavior.
