科技型企业知识产权价值指数构建及其实证研究

Empirical Study of Intellectual Property Value Index for High-tech Enterprises

[目的/意义]知识产权强国战略的提出,使得企业对知识产权的认识和重视程度得到了前所未有的提高。现阶段来看,我国尚未出现规范化的企业知识产权价值评价体系,而对企业知识产权到底能在多大程度上提高企业价值展开研究具有重要的现实意义。[方法/过程]从知识产权创造、运用和管理三个方面建立了企业知识产权价值指数,并选择30家高科技企业进行了知识产权价值指数的实证研究,最后通过对与企业价值、盈利能力的相关性进行分析来验证所建立的知识产权指数的科学性。[结果/结论]研究结果表明:从知识产权创造、应用和管理三个方面建立的知识产权价值指数可以很好地反映出企业知识产权整体水平,与企业价值、盈利能力呈现显著的相关关系。

[Purpose/Significance]The idea of intellectual property rights strategy in China has led to an unprecedented increase in the recognition and importance of intellectual property.At present,our country has no standardized enterprise intellectual property value evaluation system,and it has an important significance to study how the intellectual property rights can improve enterprise value.[Method/process]This paper establishes the enterprise intellectual property value index(IPVI)from three aspects of the intellectual property rights creation,use and management,then an empirical study is conducted using 30 high-tech enterprises as the samples.Finally this paper verifies that the established intellectual property value index is scientific using the correlation with enterprise value and profitability.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that the IPVI built from the views of three aspects has a significant correlation with the enterprise value and profit ability,which could reflect the overall level of the enterprise intellectual property rights.
