舌三针配合头针治疗中风失语症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tongue Three-needle Combined with Scalp Acupuncture in the Treatment of Stroke Aphasia

目的:观察舌三针配合头针治疗中风失语症的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的65例中风失语症患者按随机方法分为治疗组21例、常规组22例和康复组22例,治疗组采用头针+舌三针+语言康复训练治疗,常规组采用常规体针+语言康复训练治疗,康复组仅行语言康复训练治疗。观察3组患者治疗前后各项语言功能评分和患者神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS),并比较其临床疗效。结果:3组患者治疗后各项语言功能评分和NIHSS评分与同组治疗前相比,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。经治疗后,与常规组相比,治疗组自发谈话、复述、命名、阅读、书写评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),康复组听理解、复述、阅读、书写评分项目差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与康复组相比,治疗组各项语言功能评分有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组NIHSS评分优于常规组和康复组(P<0.05)。临床疗效显示治疗组总有效率为90.48%,常规组总有效率为77.27%,康复组总有效率为72.73%。治疗组总有效率与常规组和康复组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舌三针配合头针治疗中风失语症疗效较好,优于常规体针和单一语言康复训练,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tongue three-needle combined with scalp acupuncture in the treatment of stroke aphasia.Methods:65 patients with stroke aphasia were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=21),the conventional group(n=22),and the rehabilitation group(n=22).The treatment group was treated with tongue three-needle combined with scalp acupuncture and language rehabilitation training;the conventional group was treated with traditional body acupuncture and rehabilitation training;the rehabilitation group was only treated with language rehabilitation training.Scores of language function and NIHSS were observed before and after the treatment among the three groups to compare clinical effects.Results:There were significant differences,in terms of scores of language function and NIHSS after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the three groups(P<0.01);of which there was statistical significance in the treatment group compared to the conventional group and the rehabilitation group(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the conventional group and the rehabilitation group in terms of scores of NIHSS(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 90.48%in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 77.27%in the conventional group and 72.73%in the rehabilitation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of tongue three-needle combined with scalp acupuncture was effective in treating stroke aphasia,which is superior to the conventional acupuncture and single language rehabilitation training,it is worthy of clinical application.
