摘要
目的:观察针刀干预对股内侧肌触发点(MTrP)模型大鼠肌组织P物质(SP)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)表达的影响。方法:将雄性SD大鼠64只随机分为4组,针刀组、注射组、模型组和空白组,每组各16只。采用"打击结合离心运动法"建立触发点动物模型。造模后1周取材,应用免疫组织化学技术检测各组大鼠触发点肌组织内SP和CGRP的表达水平。结果:触发点肌组织内的SP和CGRP表达水平比较,模型组较空白组明显升高增多(P<0.05);针刀组较注射组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:针刀干预可降低肌筋膜疼痛触发点处肌组织内SP和CGRP的表达水平,这可能是针刀改善肌筋膜疼痛触发点疼痛症状的重要机制之一。
Objective:To observe the effect of acupotomy therapy on the expressions of substance P(SP)and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)in the vastus medials of rats with myofascial trigger point pain(MTrP).Methods:64 male SD rats were randomly divided into the blank control group(n=16),the model group(n=16),the acupotomy group(n=16),and the Lidocaine injection group(n=16).The MTrP model was established by the method of“crushed plus eccentric exercise”.The expressions of SP and CGRP were measured by ELISA one week after modeling.Results:The expressions of SP and CGRP were increased in the model group compared to those in the blank control group(P<0.05),they were significantly lower in the acupotomy group compared to the injection group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupotomy therapy can reduce the expressions of SP and CGRP of the tender point,which may be one of the important mechanisms of acupotomy treating myofascial trigger point pain.
