摘要
文章介绍了中国科学院强磁场科学中心稳态强磁场实验装置中水冷磁体去离子水冷却控制系统的实现方法,从系统方案设计、通信网络设计、程序流程设计以及监控方案设计等方面一一进行了阐述。该控制系统基于西门子PLC和WinCC组态软件,实现了集数据采集、泵阀控制、逻辑运算、画面监控、数据存储和数据查询于一体的自动化控制系统。该系统采用PROFIBUS-DP与TCP-IP相结合的通信方式,通过GRAPH的编程方式可以实现总共11种控制模式。利用WinCC组态软件作为人机接口,能实时显示系统工作状态及温度、流量、压力等各种数据,大大增加了系统的灵活性。
The water-cooling magnet deionized water cooling control system in Steady High Magnetic Field Facility,which belongs to High Magnetic Field Laboratory of Chinese Academy of Sciences,was demonstrated.System design,communication network design,program design and monitoring scheme design were specifically elaborated.The automatic control system,including data acquisition,pump and valve control,logic operations,image monitoring,data storage and data query,is based on Siemens PLC and WinCC configuration software.The system includes 11 different control modes using PROFIBUS-DP and TCP-IP combined communication mode and GRAPH programming.The display system based on WinCC configuration software,which shows system status,temperature,flow,pressure and other data on time,remarkably increases the flexibility of system control.
