摘要
针对钢-混凝土组合梁抗滑移性能的不足,文章提出了一种外包花纹钢-压型钢板混凝土组合梁,利用外包钢梁的凸起花纹来增强钢梁与混凝土的共同作用;为研究抗滑移连接度对外包花纹钢-混凝土组合梁抗滑移性能的影响,共设计6根足尺简支组合梁;对试验所得的荷载-跨中挠度曲线、荷载-端部滑移曲线和滑移沿梁长分布曲线进行了研究分析,建立了外包花纹钢-混凝土组合梁的滑移简化计算模型,推导出滑移微分方程,求解了在不同荷载方式作用下的滑移理论计算公式;考虑到滑移效应引起的附加挠度,提出组合梁在滑移影响下的跨中挠度理论计算公式;将试验测得的数据与理论计算结果进行比较,两者吻合较好。
Based on the deficiency of anti-slip performance about common steel-concrete composite beam,a new type of checkered steel-encased concrete composite beam with profiled sheeting was proposed,which can improve the combined working performance between steel beam and concrete by using the raised pattern inside the steel beam.In order to study the influence of anti-slip connection degree on the bond-slip behavior of the composite beam,a total of six specimens of full scale simply supported composite beams were designed.Load-deflection curves,load-end slip curve and slip distribution curve along the beam length of specimens in the test were analyzed,simplified slip calculation model of checkered steel-encased composite beam was established,slip differential equations were derived,and theoretical slip calculation formulas under different loads were also solved.Considering the additional deflection caused by slip effect,the calculation formulas of mid-span deflection under the influence of the slip were proposed.Experimental results were in good agreement with the theoretical calculation results.
