摘要
城市道路的偶发拥堵分析是城市智能交通系统中的重要组成部分。快速准确地判断拥堵、发现偶发警情可以帮助交管部门更好的实施管理调控,对于维持城市正常的生产生活秩序具有重要意义。该文基于数据挖掘技术,设计了基于互联网交通流信息的偶发拥堵判别算法,可以自动识别偶发拥堵并报警。实际运行结果验证了算法的可行性和有效性,为交通管控提供了有效手段。
The incident congestion analysis of urban roads is an important part of urban intelligent transport system.Quickly and accurately determining the congestion and finding the traffic anomalies can help traffic departments to implement the management and control better,and this is of great significance for maintaining the normal urban production and life order.Based on data mining technology,an incident congestion algorithm is designed,which can automatically identify the incident congestion.The actual operation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm,and it provide an effective means for traffic management and control.
