摘要
该文对往复式压缩机的故障类型进行了分析,以Lab VIEW为平台,分别设计了压缩机故障监测的硬件和软件,通过计算机仿真模拟验证了系统的可操作性和实用性。该系统为用户提供了一个简单易行、操作方便的监控系统,实现了对往复式压缩机的故障诊断和早期预警,使得人们能够尽早发现压缩机运行问题,避免不必要的事故发生。
In this paper,fault type of reciprocating compressor is analyzed,and based on LabVIEW platform,the hardware and software of compressor fault monitoring are designed respectively,the feasibility and practicability of the system are verified by computer simulation.It is a monitoring system of simple and convenient operation for users,and the fault diagnosis and early warning of reciprocating compressor have been realized so that the problem of compressor operation can be found as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary accidents.
