摘要
为了解决传统制动计算定制化程度低、计算效率低等关键问题,细化低地板有轨电车制动计算,该文利用LabVIEW编写自定义低地板有轨电车制动计算软件。实现自行设计低地板有轨电车的制动计算,其自定义功能包括调整转向架数量、转向架类型、车辆参数、电液制动参数、基础制动装置参数等影响因素。软件具有车辆编组设计,参数自主设置,参数导入导出,制动力、制动缸压力、制动距离、制动时间快速计算,车辆单元制动力配合等设计计算功能。验证结果表明,该软件具有人机交互友好、参数自定义方便、计算结果准确等特点,该制动计算软件能成为设计低地板有轨电车制动系统的有用开发工具。
In order to solve the key problems such as low customization degree and low efficiency of traditional braking calculation,and to refine low floor tram braking calculation,a custom low floor tram braking calculation software based on LabVIEW was written in this paper,realizing the designed low floor tram braking calculation.The number of bogies,bogie type,vehicle parameters,electro-hydraulic braking parameters,the basic braking device parameters and other factors were included in the custom function.Structures of bogies,parameter settings,import and export of parameters can be designed and the braking force,brake cylinder pressure,braking distance,braking time,unit braking force etc.can be calculated.According to the verified results,the software was friendly interactive,convenient and accurate.The brake calculation software can be a useful development tool for designing low floor tram braking system.
