抗根肿病红菜薹新组合HCR1和HCR2的选育

Breeding of Purple Flowering Stalk New Combinations HCR1 and HCR2 with Resistance to Clubroot Disease

从2008年开始,以选育抗根肿病红菜薹品种为目的,利用抗根肿病大白菜品种德高,通过多代回交和自交获得13份抗根肿病的自交系,从中筛选出2个抗根肿病的红菜薹组合HCR1和HCR2。2015-2016年在长阳火烧坪、江夏、鄂州根肿病为害严重的地区进行生产试种,结果表明,选育出的红菜薹新组合HCR1和HCR2对当地根肿病具有良好的抗性。

In order to screen out purple flowering stalk with resistance to clubroot disease,we used Chinese cabbage cultivar Degao with resistance to clubroot disease as material,and we got 13 self-lines with resistance to clubroot disease after back crossing and self-bred,finally we screened out 2 cross combinations HCR1 and HCR2 with targeted traits from the self-lines.We planted HCR1 and HCR2 in Jiangxia,Ezhou and Huoshaoping where the clubroot disease occurred seriously in 2015 and 2016.The results showed that the purple flowering stalk combination HCR1 and HCR2 had high resistance to clubroot disease.
