3个品种木槿花营养成分及矿质元素含量

Contents of Nutrients and Minerals in Three Cultivars of Hibiscus syriacus L.

对白花重瓣木槿、玫红木槿和紫香木槿3个品种花的营养成分、矿质元素含量进行分析。结果表明,3个品种木槿花均含有丰富的脂肪、总糖和粗纤维,并且富含人体必需的磷、钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、锌、铜等矿质元素,是一种值得开发的食用花卉,其中在浙西南以发展乡土品种白花重瓣木槿为宜。

Using 3 cultivars of White Double Flower Hibiscus syriacus L.,Rose Red H.syriacus L.and purple H.syriacus L.as materials,the contents of their nutrients and minerals were analyzed.The results showed that all the 3 cultivars were rich in fat,total sugar and crude fiber,and rich in essential phosphorus,potassium,calcium,magnesium,iron,manganese,zinc,copper and other mineral elements.H.syriacus L.was worthy of developing as an edible flower and the cultivar White Double Flower H.syriacus L.was suitable for development in southwest region of Zhejiang.
