中药芪茵颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of the treatment of NAFLD by Qi Yin Granule

目的探讨中药配方芪茵颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者的临床疗效。方法选择2015年6月-2016年12月在新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院和乌鲁木齐市中医医院门诊就诊的100例NAFLD患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各50例,治疗组使用中药配方芪茵颗粒加味治疗,对照组给予水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组NAFLD患者经中药芪茵颗粒治疗的总有效率为90.0%,优于对照组的治疗总有效率(78.0%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组NAFLD患者经中药芪茵颗粒治疗后,肝郁脾虚型和肝肾阴虚型NAFLD患者治疗有效率达70.0%,效果显著。2组NAFLD患者治疗后的肝脏活动度积分均明显低于治疗前,治疗组治疗后肝脏活动度积分低于对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药配方芪茵颗粒治疗NAFLD患者疗效显著,临床中值得推广使用。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Qi Yin Granule on patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).MethodsBetween June 2015-December 2016,100 NAFLD patients in the traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Urumqi,were randomly divided into treatment group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)and compared the clinical efficacy of both groups.The treatment group administered Qi Yin Granule,and the control group took silibinin capsules.ResultsThe total treatment effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,which was better than that in the control group(78.0%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate of NAFLD patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and liver-kidney yin deficiency was 90.0%.Liver activity score of both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment in both groups.After treatment,liver activity score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionQi Yin Granule has good treatment effects on the NAFLD,and is worthy of popularizing in clinical use.
