德国洋甘菊对实验性高血脂症大鼠的降脂作用

Effect of Matricaria chamomilia on reducing blood lipid in rats with experimental hyperlipemia

目的研究德国洋甘菊对实验性高血脂大鼠的降脂作用。方法选取造模成功的高血脂症大鼠70只,随机分为7组,每组10只。分别为正常对照组(蒸馏水1mL/kg),模型对照组(蒸馏水1mL/kg),阳性对照组(辛伐他丁7mg/kg),德国洋甘菊醇提物高、中、低剂量组(971、485、243mg/kg),德国洋甘菊水提物组(1 366mg/kg),连续灌胃4w。正常对照组喂养普通饲料,其余各组均喂养高脂饲料。灌胃结束后取血,采用全自动生化仪测定血液中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)值。结果与模型组大鼠比较,德国洋甘菊醇提物高剂量组大鼠血液TC、TG、LDL-C值降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);德国洋甘菊醇提物中剂量组大鼠血液TC、TG、LDL-C值降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);德国洋甘菊醇提物高剂量组和中剂量组大鼠血液HDL-C值升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论德国洋甘菊醇提物对实验性高血脂大鼠有较好的降脂作用。

ObjectiveTo study the effect of Matricaria chamomilia on reducing blood lipid in rats with experimental hyperlipemia.Methods70 rats with hyperlipidemia were selected and divided into 7 groups randomly,with 10 rats in each group,including the normal control group(distilled water 1 mL/kg),model control group(distilled water 1 mL/kg),positive control group(simvastatin 7 mg/kg),German Chamomile extract high,medium and low dose group(971,485,243 mg/kg),German Chamomile water extract group(1366 mg/kg).The normal control group was fed with ordinary diet,and the other groups were fed with high fat diet.The blood was taken after the end of the gavage.The TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the blood were measured by the automatic biochemical analyzer.ResultsCompared with the TC,TG and LDL-C values in the blood of the rats in the model group,the values of the high doses of the Matricaria chamomilia ethanol extract decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);Compared with the TC,TG and LDL-C values in the blood of the rats in the model group,the middle doses of the Matricaria chamomilia ethanol extract decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the HDL-C values of the high doses and the middle doses of the Matricaria chamomilia ethanol extract decreased was increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe alcohol extract of Matricaria chamomiliahas a lipid-lowering effect on experimental hyperlipidemia rats.
