新疆地区护理人员工作控制感现状研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解新疆地区护理人员工作控制感现状,分析护理人员人口学特征对工作控制感的影响,为提高护理人员的工作控制感提供参考依据。方法运用工作控制感量表,采用随机整群抽样的方法,对新疆地区部分二、三级医院1 871名护理人员进行问卷调查,比较护理人员不同人口学特征对工作控制感的影响。结果新疆地区护理人员工作控制感条目均分为(3.08±0.61)分;护士对工作质量的控制、工作中与他人配合和合作的控制、对如何完成工作的控制得分较高;护理人员对工资报酬的控制得分较低,为(2.45±1.08)分。单因素分析显示:不同性别、科室和每周工作时间护理人员对工作控制感的影响不同,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理人员工作控制感与性别、年龄和工龄呈正相关(P<0.05),与每周工作时间呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论新疆地区护理人员工作控制感处于中上水平,临床护理管理者可以通过增加护士职业荣誉感、适度减少工作时间等措施来提高护理人员的工作控制感。 ObjectiveTo understand the present situation of sense of job-control of nurses in Xinjiang,analyzethe effect of demographic characteristicsof nurses on sense of job-control,and supply the reference for improing the sense of job-control of the nurses.MethodsUsing the job control scale,andstratified cluster sampling method,questionnaire survey of 1 871 nursesfrom secondary and tertiary hospitals in Xinjiang was conducted.ResultsTheaverage score of sense of job-control of nursing staff in Xinjiang was(3.08±0.61);the score of control of nurses on the work quality,the score of control of coordination and cooperation with others in the work,the score of how to complete the work is higher;the score ofcontrol onwages is lower,is(2.45±1.08).The single factor analysis showed that:genders,departments and the weekly working time of nurses has different influence on job control(P<0.05).The sense of job-controlof nurses was positively correlated with gender,age and working ages(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with weekly working time(P<0.01).ConclusionThe sense of job-control of nurses in Xinjiang is at the upper and middle level.Nursing managers in clinical nurses can improve the sense of job-control of nurses by increasing the sense of professional pride of nurses and reducing working hours appropriately.
