摘要
对鞍钢喷吹西山贫煤进行了单一煤种的工业分析、元素组成分析及制粉、热值、结焦性能等的测定,应用数学优化配煤方法,在综合评价不同煤种配比下的燃烧率、置换比基础上,确立了西山贫煤最优化的配煤方案,并进行工业喷吹试验,试验期间新1号、10号高炉炉况都呈现出稳定顺行状态,2座高炉分别取得了提升喷吹煤比5.17 kg/t、4.67 kg/t,降低燃料比2.00 kg/t、1.75 kg/t的效果,达到了降低炼铁生产成本的目的。
The single-coal technical analysis of Xishan lean coal used by Ansteel for PCI in blast furnace was done including elemental composition analysis.Meanwhile these indexes such as characteristics of powder processing by using the coal,its calorific value and coking characteristics were measured.Based on the comprehensive assessment of the burning rates and replacement ratios under different coal blending ratios,the optimized blending scheme for Xishan lean coal was established by mathematical optimization method for coal blending.After that the industrial test of PCI was carried out.During the test,the new No.1 BF and No.10 BF were in smooth operation,the PCI of these two BFs increased by 5.17 kg/t and 4.67 kg/t respectively while their fuel ratios decreased by 2.00 kg/t and 1.75 kg/t respectively,so the goal of cutting down the production cost of ironmaking was achieved.
