摘要
为了满足鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂低磷、超低磷钢的冶炼要求,分析了顶吹转炉双联法脱磷的影响因素,并在100 t转炉进行了工业试验,结合理论分析和试验结果,优化了转炉的供氧制度和造渣制度。结果表明,成品磷含量小于0.004%以下的比例达到91.11%,成品磷含量小于0.006%的比例达到100%。
In order to meet the requirements required by smelting low phosphor steel or ultra-low phosphor steel in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,the influencing factor on dephosphorization by duplex smelting process in a top blowing converter were analyzed and then the industrial experiment was carried out in the 100 t converter.Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental results,the oxygen-feeding schedule and slag forming procedures for the converter were optimized.The optimized results showed that the ratio of phosphor content in a final product less than 0.004%reached to 91.11%and the ratio of phosphor content in a final product less than 0.006%reached to 100%.
