摘要
通过成分设计与优化,以及对冶炼工艺、轧管工艺及热处理工艺等方面的研究,成功研制和开发了具有抗HIC性能的X52无缝管线管。研究表明,该产品的金相组织为回火索氏体+少量铁素体,力学性能优良且成本较低,具备良好的抗HIC性能,满足X52钢级抗HIC管线管的标准要求。
Based on the composition design,optimization of the composition and studies on the technologies such as steelmaking process,pipe-rolling process and heat treatment process,the X52 seamless steel for pipelines with HIC-resistance property was successfully developed.The study results showed that its metallographic structure was composed of main tempered sorbite and bits of ferrite with excellent mechanical properties and good HIC-resistance at a low cost.So the newly developed steel pipe could satisfy the requirements specified in the standard for pipelines made by the grade X52 steel pipe with HIC-resistance.
