鞍钢3200 m^3高炉铜冷却壁破损维护实践

摘要 针对鞍钢3号高炉炉腹、炉腰、炉身下部区域铜冷却壁大量破损,炉壳温度高等问题,通过采取破损冷却壁穿金属软管、安装微型冷却器、压浆造衬、炉壳喷水等一系列措施,有效控制了炉壳温度升高,保证了高炉安全生产及稳定顺行。 In allusion to the damages of the copper cooling staves in the bosh,belly and the lower zone of the furnace shaft and in consideration of the high temperature at the furnace shell,such measures as inserting the flexible metal hoses into the damaged copper staves,installing miniature cooling staves,using the grouting linings and spraying water onto the shell were taken so that the high temperature at the furnace shell was controlled effectively and as a result the smooth operation of the BF was guaranteed under the safety condition.
